Walter O'Rourke (real name Ketley) was a guard at the Trotsky compound. Hank Weitling on the envelope might have been a once-used socialist alias. Using an alias seemed to be a common practice. I see no other instance of "Weitling" anywhere. The Trotsky compound was on the list to intercept and read all mail crossing the border, reclose and seal with a censor strip. The Mexican postmark was March 22 and Henry wrote on the envelope Received Mar. 30.
